Fantastic stay with AWESOME views!

The location is unbelievable. It's right at the main gate to the Haram (seriously, it is!). The room description was correct. I could see the Kaaba from my window ALL the time. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was amazing (especially the fresh juice options!). The staff was helpful. The reception team was friendly and professional.

The bathroom was really tiny.

The hotel location is just great. It is close to the mosque, it allows easy access. I appreciate the supportive service personnel, especially Mr Mohammed Sadiq and Mr Arif.

One receptionist was not nice. They were rude, not polite, and not helpful. He gave us only 10 minutes for checking out. It felt as if we are chased.

Excellent Proximity and Spacious Rooms

The hotel is very close to the haram, only about a 5-minute walk. I found at least 20 restaurants with different cuisines located in the same building (that was amazing!). Barber shops and other shops are also available there, so it is like staying in a hotel connected to a mall. The room size was bigger than usual, and the beds were comfortable.

The parking was expensive (i think). It cost 23 SR per hour, the same as the cost of a five-star hotel room. Hopefully, they can address this issue soon.

The Kaaba view from my room was amazing. I was glad that the hotel offered complimentary water tea and coffee in the room. The refills were prompt too. The elevators were efficient. They really eased movement even during busy times. Housekeeping was quick and helpful with all my requests.

The bathroom was a little small and tight. It could be a squeeze for larger individuals.
